Bryce had his meatiotomy (sp?) today. (Google it, and you'll wish you hadn't)...
He felt very groggy coming off the anesthesia, but everything went really well. He is at home now watching Cars. I have never seen him quite so abusive and nutso. I'm hoping that part doesn't last too long. I did loose it a little when the nurse told us that they were giving him an IV and putting a tube down his throat. Scott reminded me that it was for his own good and that things could be much worse for us. I think about Ethan Powell's situation and realize how true that is. We are so thankful for his health and that this was a smooth surgery. Thanks for everyone who prayed for this surgery! Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm so glad that everything went well for Byrce. It's funny that you mention Ethan because I was thinking about this and about how much his parents have been through. We are all very blessed!!
Bryce is so brave. And so is his momma and daddy. It is hard to see them hurting anytime. I am proud of him for being so brave about it. I loved the phone call. Our boys just love each other. :)
